Essential SENCO Network

Professional Guidance and Support

The Essential SENCO Network provides SENCOs and SEN Practitioners with a professional forum for reflection, dialogue and development.

Our network meetings are held virtually via TEAMS and there are 3 sessions each term so members can choose either the morning, afternoon or after school session. Each meeting last for 2 hours and contains national and local news updates, plus 2 CPD taster sessions. For example, executive function skills and annual strategic planning for SENCOs.

Members are asked to complete the annual membership form to ‘contract’ Willow Tree Learning to ‘hold’ their data securely (in accordance to GDPR and our privacy policy.) The annual programme of meeting dates will be sent to members. A school can apply for an additional member at a highly subsidised rate. Each school with a member, is eligible for a subsidised place at the Essential SENCO Network annual conference.
